Other Details to Note
The pool is available year-round. If you would like it heated during your stay, 48 hour notice is required, and there is a $50/day additional charge for the duration of your trip to help offset service changes to turn it on/off, as well as the gas for the heat. Checkin and checkout times are enforced, but can be flexible with advance agreement. Quite hours are strictly enforced by the HOA - please be kind to our neighbors. Overnight parking on the street is prohibited for this rental, regardless of what the neighbors are doing (permit requirement). While the house can sleep 15, any guest count over 7 needs to be approved in advance. Trash pickup is on Monday: cans should be placed on the curb on Sunday event after 5p, and replaced on the side yard before Monday at 5p (NOTE: THE HOA IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS AND THE CITY WILL NOT PICK UP THE CANS IF THEY ARE PLACED OUT AFTER 7a ON MONDAY MORNING. Pool / Hot Tub service is Wednesday morning. Yard service is Thursday morning.
